Latest Placement News – All 2007 Students Placed!
December 2007
Continuing our history of placing all MRM graduates, all students from the 2007 graduating class of MRM student successfully secured jobs. Even more impressive – all students had their job offers prior to graduation in December. Congratulations to all!
MRM Placement
Most graduates from the MRM program find positions in the financial services sector although we are beginning to place students in the non-financial sector as well. Some students take jobs in the banking industry working in financial risk management or in quantitative modeling departments. Other students take jobs in the insurance industry working in the investments departments or, if they are dual degree MRM/MAS students, they may end up working in product development and pricing or in the enterprise risk management groups. Given the rigorous nature of the program, several students have left the MRM program to pursue Ph.D. degrees. A sample of the positions students took in 2006 and 2007 are below.
