ABIC/GSU BERMUDA MASTERS DEGREE FELLOWSHIP

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this award is to attract talented and qualified students from Bermuda into any of the graduate degree programs offered by the Department of Risk Management and Insurance at Georgia State University. Sponsored by the Association of Bermuda International Companies (ABIC), in conjunction with the RMI Department, the fellowship will give a Bermudian student pursuing graduate studies in insurance, actuarial science, personal financial planning, or risk management financial support of up to $40,000 per year, including a Graduate Research Assistantship (GRA), full tuition waiver, and living expenses. This is ABIC's first-ever post-graduate scholarship.

ELIGIBILITY:

Eligible recipients will be drawn from residents of Bermuda. Candidates must be accepted into a graduate degree program of the Robinson College of Business, administered through the Department of Risk Management and Insurance.

CRITERIA:

Scholastic achievement and financial need.
